All of our desserts are made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is confirmed.
Order Confirmation
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation from The Banana Pudding Lady.
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer: • Refunds • Returns • Exchanges • Store credit • Cash back Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Customer Satisfaction
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup. Photos of the product may be requested to help us resolve the issue.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during their scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up within the scheduled timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
Delivery Orders
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. The Banana Pudding Lady is not responsible for products left unattended after delivery has been completed.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimated. Traffic, weather, road conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival times.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if preparation has not begun. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Product Appearance
Because every dessert is handmade, decorations, toppings, and presentation may vary slightly from website photos.
Storage Instructions
For the best taste and quality: • Refrigerate immediately upon receiving your dessert. • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. • Consume within 3–4 days. Do not leave products unrefrigerated for extended periods.

Right to Refuse Service
The Banana Pudding Lady reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.
